Any payment dispute or chargeback filed after the service has been delivered (including the initiation of a ritual, spell, or reading) will be considered a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to provide proof of service to the relevant payment processor or legal authority, which may include screenshots, timestamps, and communication records, to defend against fraudulent disputes.

In the event of a false or fraudulent chargeback, we may pursue legal action for recovery of the original amount, plus any associated fees, damages, and legal costs, in the competent courts under the jurisdiction specified in Section 12.

7. Testimonials and User Content

Testimonials displayed on the Site reflect individual personal experiences and do not guarantee similar results.

By submitting a testimonial, review, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in our marketing materials without limitation in time or medium.
